Founded in Sep 2016 with a 3,000 m² standard plant, integrating precision tooling development, mold making, machining and metal stamping.

Equipped with Sodick wire-cut, spark erosion, grinders, high-tonnage presses, CMM, salt-spray and Vickers testers for micron-level accuracy.

Senior Design Team: Multiple senior mold engineers with 20+ years of experience, proficient in AutoCAD, UG, Pro/E and other 3D design software, specializing in progressive dies, drawing dies and other complex structure design. Machining Precision Guarantee: Equipped with slow-wire EDM, optical profile grinding machines, high-precision CNC machining centers and other equipment; mold part machining tolerance stably controlled within ±0.01mm. Premium Mold Materials: Based on product material (stainless steel/copper/aluminum/high-strength steel) and stamping frequency, scientifically selecting SKD-11, DC53, ASP series and other premium mold steels; combined with vacuum quenching and cryogenic treatment processes, ensuring wear resistance, crack resistance and deformation resistance under high-speed stamping. Strict QC System: From part machining to mold assembly, every step undergoes CMM inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy. Detailed inspection reports and trial-mold videos can be provided before sample delivery for worry-free customer acceptance.
